Our guide will meet the group at Ljubljana airport, the capital of Slovenia. We will go on a city tour and walk along Ljubljanica river

1. Day – Ljubljana, Slovenia

Our guide will meet the group at Ljubljana airport, the capital of Slovenia. We will go on a city tour and walk along Ljubljanica river and below the castle to explore vibrant farmers market and other interesting sites in this tiny European capital. Overnight in Ljubljana.

2. Day – Ljubljana – Porec (Istra), Crotia

Brekfast in the hotel. Optional Bled tour. Bled is often mentioned as the pearl of the Al-pine region. It is unique with its emerald-green lake, a church on the island in the middle of the lake and a medieval castle from the 11th century, perched on a cliff above the lake. After a bus ride around the lake a guided tour of Bled castle will start. Then you will be taken by Bled’s typical ‘pletna’ boat to the island. After tour , drive to Porec and overnight.

3. Day –Porec (Istra), Crotia

Brekfast in the hotel and city tour of Porec. A stroll around Poreč’s old city centre can begin at Trg Slobode (Freedom Square) from where you can entre Decumanus Street and continue along the narrow streets exploring the city’s sights. From the other side, en-tering at the Poreč’s Lungomare (promenade along the sea) or from the Ante Šonja Shore, you will see before you a romantic view of the northern side of Poreč, Peškera Cove and the Pical and Materada neighbourhoods. After tour, option olive oil and wine tasting tour including Brtonigla and Groznjan town which have charming views. After tour, drive to Porec and overnight.

4. Day –Porec (Istra), Crotia – (Venice, Italy)

Brekfast in the hotel. Optional daily tour to Venice. Drive to Venice. Upon arrival our tour begins near St Mark’s Square with a two-hour walking tour highlighting the city’s important monuments. Follow your guide to the famous piazza and learn the history be-hind its landmarks, including the Byzantine architectural heritage of St Mark’s Basilica and the adjoining prisons of Doge’s Palace.Visit the famed basilica of St Mark’s . At the Scuola di San Marco, learn about the medieval trade schools of Venice that provided the foundations for the great mercantile empire of Venice.Enter a labyrinth of narrow pas-sageways, alleys and meandering canals punctuated by delicate bridges as you further explore the enchanting city with your guide. Explore the lively Campo Santa Maria For-mosa with its outstanding Gothic palaces, and view Marco Polo’s house as well as an old merchant’s warehouse and the city’s most beautiful wellhead.Complete your walking tour near the Rialto Bridge, and drive to Porec back. Overnight.

5. Day –Porec (Istra), Plitvice National Park –Zagreb , Crotia

Brekfast in the hotel. Drive to Zagreb. On the way optional tour of Plitvice Lake National Park tour which is a UNESCO World Heritage site. The oldest and largest of Croatia’s na-tional parks, Plitvice encompasses a total of sixteen lakes, linked by impressive water-falls and gushing streams.On arrival, head out to explore the dense forests that surround the lakes with your private guide. While walking along the forest trails at a steady pace, admire the breath-taking wilderness that can be seen all around you, with colorful wild flowers framing the paths and pretty wooden bridges. The walkways are well maintained yet steep, but your guide will set the pace according to the slowest walker so no one is left behind. Your route takes in some 300 stairs, and while it’s not an easy walk, the views from the vantage points make it oh-so worth it.

Halfway through your walk, enjoy some free time for lunch at a cafe inside the park (own expense), and then take a ride around one of the lower lakes by electric boat. The lakes are famous for their pure water, and while they may look turquoise from a dis-tance, you’ll notice how clear they are when gazing into their depths from your boat.

After your boat ride and the second half of your walk, hop aboard an electric train for a final tour of the park to cover more ground. From the comfort of your seat, look out at breathtaking panoramas of the verdant countryside, punctuated by dazzling lakes. After tour, drive to Zagreb. Overnight.

6. Day –Zagreb , Crotia

Brekfast in the hotel and Zagreb city tour. New Zagreb – Vukovar Avenue with the Lisinski concert Hall, The Museum of Contemporary Arts and the rest of Zagreb built in the socialistic era. Mirogoj Cemetery – Zagreb’s main cemetery built in the late 19th century, a resting place of many famous Croats of all religions.
Zagreb Upper and Lower City – the most important and the most beautiful locations of the Old city. From the Lenuci Horseshoe to the Lotrščak Tower with a splendid view on the city. Transfer to airport for homebound flight and end of the tour.
